ICYMI: IRELAND's Taoiseach Micheal Martin is "desperate" for the UK and the EU to strike a post-Brexit trade agreement, and if a deal fails to materialise it will confirm in the minds of many Irish voters that his Government is "jinxed", a former top diplomat has said.
